Who We Are

A&K Maintenance & Renovation started in 2016 when Andy Morgione began to utilise his skills that had developed since working after school with his builder dad, as well as working on his own properties. Not only does he have years of hands-on learning, Andy has life experience from working 20 years as a police officer and serving nearly 10 years in the Australian Army.

In the years since beginning A&K Maintenance & Renovations, Andy has completed countless kitchen, bathroom, laundry, outdoor decking and other renovations for both clients and his own family home renovations. These have all added to a wealth of experience from over 25 years of renovating and project managing residential and commercial building projects.

Andy has used his project management experience to coordinate trades and materials, as well as scheduling the work. He is frequently called upon to provide subject matter expertise by his real estate agency clients. Also, over his decades of experience, Andy has created a network of connections within the industry and only works with contractors who are insured and registered.

Andy is meticulous and thorough and prides himself on leaving a worksite spotless on completion. When he’s not working on the tools or managing trades for clients, Andy likes to go caravanning, fishing, and spending time with his wife, daughter and extended family.
